ABOUT KIRSTEN

Born in Landstuhl, Germany, Kirsten grew up across the United State and on the Panama Canal. In the early-90's she studied at the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities and received a full scholarship to study at The Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation with Jack Beal and Sondra Freckleton. In 1994, she attended North Carolina School for the Arts, following Parsons School of Design and Columbia College. In 2000 Kirsten opened an international award winning design studio, Khaus Creative, centered in the heart of Charlotte art district, NoDa, where her design studio flourishes and she continues to paint.
